These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of offer.summitpaintersco.com and summitpaintersco.com (the "Website") and the estimate, painting, and cabinet refinishing services (the "Services") offered by Summit Painting & Decorative Coatings ("Summit Painting," "we," "us," or "our"), an owner-operated company based in Westminster, Colorado. By using the Website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.
1. Eligibility and Your Information
You must be at least 18 years old to request an estimate. You represent that you own the property, or are authorized by the owner, to request work on it, and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information may result in a withdrawn estimate or refusal of future service.
2. Use of the Website
The Website and its forms are provided so you can learn about our Services and request an estimate. You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, interfere with or disrupt the Website, attempt unauthorized access to any system, or copy, scrape, or redistribute Website content without permission. Information you submit is used as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including our name, logo, text, photographs of our work, and design, is owned by Summit Painting or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any Website content without our prior written consent. Information you submit to us remains yours.
4. Estimates and the $500 Offer
- Free estimate. Requesting an estimate is free and creates no obligation to hire us.
- Estimates are not contracts. A price quoted during or after an in-home visit is a good-faith estimate based on the conditions observed. No work is scheduled, and no agreement exists, until both parties sign a written proposal or agreement.
- $500 discount. The $500 discount applies to kitchen cabinet refinishing and whole-home interior refinishing projects that are booked (written agreement signed and deposit received, where applicable) on or before December 31, 2026. The discount is applied at the time of estimate, is limited to one per household, cannot be combined with other offers, and has no cash value. Summit Painting may end or modify the offer at any time for requests received after the change. [Minimum project size, if any.]
- Suitability. Not every cabinet or surface is a good candidate for refinishing. We will tell you honestly at the estimate if your project is not a good fit, and we may decline work for that reason.
5. Scheduling, Changes, and Timelines
We aim to start and finish projects on the dates we agree to, but weather, material availability, site conditions, and other factors outside our control can cause delays. Any change to scope, price, colors, or schedule must be confirmed in writing (text or email is acceptable) by both parties. Typical project durations stated on the Website are averages, not guarantees.
6. Warranty
Our workmanship warranty, including the delamination warranty described on our Website, is set out in your written agreement, and its length varies by product and surface. It covers defects in our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, moisture intrusion, structural movement, pre-existing conditions, or work performed by others. Except as stated in your written agreement, the Website, estimates, and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Painting, its owner, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, delays beyond our reasonable control, or losses arising from reliance on Website content or preliminary estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law.
8. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By checking the SMS consent box on our estimate form and submitting it, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from Summit Painting & Decorative Coatings at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
8.1 Program description
Summit Painting estimate and appointment alerts. Messages may include responses to your estimate request, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, and occasional promotional offers.
8.2 Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your request and project. Typically fewer than 4 messages per month.
8.3 Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8.4 Opting out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts from us unless you opt back in. You can re-enroll at any time by replying START or by submitting a new estimate request with SMS consent.

8.6 Your phone number and opt-in data
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers necessary to deliver SMS functionality, and they may not use it for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
8.7 Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provided and that you will notify us if that number changes. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.
9. Phone Communications
By submitting our estimate form, you agree that we may call you at the number you provide to discuss your project and estimate. Calls are made by a person at Summit Painting. Consent to calls is not required to purchase any service and can be withdrawn at any time by telling us during a call, texting STOP, or emailing gabriel@summitpaintersco.com.
10. Privacy and Data Security
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access.
11. Termination
We may refuse service, decline an estimate request, or end a project discussion if these Terms are violated, if information provided is false, or if our staff is treated abusively.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Website or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
